No, the National Robotics Competition is strictly for Singapore-based students only. You can participate in the FIRST® LEGO® League Singapore though.

We do not encourage students to join alone. The minimum number of members in a team is 2. We can try and help team your child up with other interested students in the same age range as your child.

NO, you are not allowed to purchase at discounted rates of the kits and accessories if you are not participating in the competition.

Reason: The kits and accessories are subsidised by the Science Centre Singapore for participants. Non-participants who insist on checking out will have their orders rejected unless they top-up the necessary amount.

Products listed under the Competition Shop/NRC Shop are fulfilled from a different warehousing and fulfilment system from the products listed under the general Webstore.

- Delivery fee is a flat rate of SGD$30 for deliveries in Singapore.

- Shipping fee for countries outside of Singapore is unavailable at the moment.

- Free delivery for orders above SGD$3000.

Generally, it takes about 1 - 3 working days for your order to be ready for collection.

However, for larger orders or back-orders for out of stock products, you may have to wait for a longer period of time before the order is ready for collection.

Duck Learning is the operational partner for this year’s National Robotics Competition.

The registration process and competition-related purchases are handled by Duck Learning’s Competitions Team and are supported by their e-commerce platform.

You will receive the link on the day of the webinar itself. It will be sent by 12pm, so keep a lookout and check your email after 12pm.

If you have still not received an email containing the webinar link, please call the office at 6747 4236.

This issue can happen for a number of reasons. Please check the following:

1) Check your Spam folder in your email inbox

2) Your email provider may be blocking our emails (due to  a change in security settings, for example). You can add us into your whitelist by following this tutorial

3) You may have accidentally unsubscribed to our mailing list via a previous general NRC newsletter or email blast. You can let us know you would like to re-subscribe by emailing competitions@ducklearning.com

Only specific personnel from Duck Learning and Science Centre Singapore are allowed access to competitions-related data. Your data will only be used for the following purposes:

1) Fulfilling your orders (Delivery & Payment)
2) Contacting for communication and administrative reasons solely related to the tournaments you have signed up for
3) Verification of identity during the tournament
4) Tournament Event Execution (Scheduling of team presentations etc.)
5) Promotion of products and packages that are deemed related to the competition
