National Robotics Competition Preparatory Workshop / Introduction to LEGO® Education SPIKE Essential Workshop

STEAM Engine's dynamic program gears students for the Junior Robotics Tournament at the National Robotics Competition (NRC). Utilizing LEGO Education SPIKE Essential, participants master coding, robotics, teamwork, and strategic thinking. Novices engage in a comprehensive 40-hour curriculum, while experienced students undergo targeted 30-hour preparation, ensuring readiness for competition success. 

Alternatively, we have special holiday workshops during June and December holidays. The aim is to introduce young learners to the world of robotics through fun, hands-on projects using the SPIKE Essential set. Students will explore basic motor functions, sensors, and block-based coding while building simple models that move and react.

  • Age: 5-8 years old
  • Beginners: 20 sessions x 2 hours ($1600)
  • Experienced: 15 Sessions x 2 hours ($1200)
  • 5 Days Workshop (Jun Holidays):  5 sessions x 2 hours ($390)
