Good news, we deliver worldwide*! Delivery time and shipping rates depends on the country of destination. Duck Learning makes every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Duck Learning reserves the right to make deliveries in instalments. Duck Learning will send you an email when your order is shipped.

By completing your order on our webstore, you certify that you have verified your delivery address as being accurate and complete. You additionally confirm that an authorized person will be available at that address on the estimated delivery date.

Duck Learning shall not be liable for any damages or claims related to delayed shipments. If you must have a product by a certain date, we strongly encourage you to self-collect the order from our office.

*Please chat with us on our website to enquire about shipping quote if you do not see your country's shipping rate. You can ask us for lower shipping rate quotes if you don't mind a longer wait too. We'll try our best to get our products to you!

Also, please do not use PayPal as much as possible. Read section 'Delivery Fees & Transaction Fees'.


Delivery schedules

Deliveries are made Mondays – Fridays, 9am – 6pm. All deliveries are fulfilled by a 3rd party vendor hence specific delivery requests such as deliveries to be made on certain days or timings will be at our 3rd party vendor’s discretion. Please remember to state such requests in the “Notes” box during check out.

Delivery Fees & Transaction Fees

Delivery fees will be computed at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Delivery fees start from $7.50. We try to delivery to wherever you are so if you do not see your country in our area of delivery, simply chat with us on the website and we'll try to work something out for you!

For international orders, we HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND paying via PayPal as they charge transaction fees TWICE - on the merchant and the buyer of about 4% each. In an event of an order cancellation or refund, customers will have to bear the full cost of the transaction fees on both ends as PayPal will still charge the fees during the refund process.

Option to Arrange Your Own Courier

You can arrange your own courier for your purchase collection if you prefer.

Self-collection/ Local Pick up

We may take 1 – 3 working days to process your order. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification from us. You may only come by to collect your order AFTER you have received the notification informing you that your order is ready for collection. Please take note of your order number for self collection.

We offer exchanges or refunds for defective products within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also be required to return the item along with its original packaging. Flammable goods, such as batteries, are exempt from being returned.

To request for a refund or exchange, please send us an email at with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and provide details on the suspected defect.

If eligible for defect inspection, please send your items to the following address via tracked delivery:


State your name, order number and return address on the parcel. Postage costs for returned parcels will be paid by customers. If the product defect is found to be true upon inspection on our side, then we will initiate the exchange or refund process. You will be notified by our team on the next steps to take.

NOTE: Please do not send your item/s back before receiving an acknowledgement email from us.



Same-item exchanges will be approved on a case-by-case basis and are subjected to the following factors:

  • Validity of the proof of purchase by the buyer
  • Extent of the product defect
  • Availability of stock for replacement

If you are eligible for an exchange, we will arrange for the exchanged item/s to be delivered to your address at no additional charge.

However, if no reasonable defect is found, you will be responsible for paying for your own re-shipping fees.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 




If an exchange for the defective item is not viable, we will offer a refund instead. 

In some cases, we can only offer partial refund. E.g. Customers to bear shipping cost for any returned items

Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Late or Missing Refund

If you have not received a refund notification from your bank or credit card provider after more than 7 working days since the refund confirmation email, please contact your bank or credit card provider first.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order if any payment has not been made and a courier arrangement has not been made by the fulfilment team. If you would like to cancel an order after any service fees have been incurred (e.g. courier fee, payment gateway fee), you will have to bear the mentioned costs by accepting a partial refund.
