About Experience Workshops 

Duck Learning’s monthly hands-on STEAM experience workshops are specifically designed to equip educators, teachers, Heads of Department, and decision-makers with the skills and confidence needed to implement impactful STEAM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) in their schools. With a focus on practical application and innovation, these workshops provide an immersive introduction to the world of STEAM teaching tools and techniques.

These workshops are open to anyone in the education field, so there is no need to limit yourself to your own teaching context!

Why Hybrid?

To ensure flexibility and accessibility, these workshops can be attended in-person, virtually, or in a hybrid format. Participants can choose the mode that best suits their preferences and schedule.

How to Register?

The 30-min to 2.5-hour sessions are open for registration for individuals or group of teachers from schools in Singapore only on a monthly basis.

Each experience workshop will have a link for registration, kindly fill in the interest e-form and we will send you a monthly an email if we have a workshop specifically catered towards your interest. A reminder email will be sent again 1 to 2 weeks before the date of the experience workshop to sign up. A confirmation email will be sent within 3 working days of your registration. Each session typically lasts for 2 hours but can be as short as 30 minutes, depending on the needs of the attendees.
Is there a cost associated with attending the workshop?

Yes, the workshop includes strategies for lesson planning and aligning STEAM activities with Singapore's educational curricula.
Is this workshop suitable for teachers new to STEAM?
Absolutely! The workshop is designed to accommodate educators at all experience levels, including those new to STEAM. We will customise the content of each workshop according to the participants' profile.
Are the tools and technologies showcased provided for classroom use?
Participants will use the tools during the workshop. Schools can purchase these tools from Duck Learning if they wish to integrate them into their curriculum.
Is there any post-workshop support or resources available?
Yes, however we will be priortising our customers.
Will attendees receive any certifications?
Yes, all attendees will receive a digital certificate of participation upon a sucessful completion, cost of certification is subjective to the workshop content.
Can the workshop content be tailored for a specific school’s needs?
Yes, Duck Learning offers custom workshops upon request to address specific school goals and requirements. Please email learn@ducklearning.com with your specific requirements.
Are the tools compatible with different educational curricula?
Yes, the tools are versatile and can be adapted to various local and international curricula. Additionally, we have experience with working with special needs curricula.
